I’m a Certified Advanced Rapid Eye Technician and Skills for Life Coach based in Grantsville, Utah.

My journey with Rapid Eye Technology began during one of the most challenging seasons of my life. When my son and I were navigating a difficult time, a friend introduced me to RET.

Through my own experience with RET, I discovered a powerful path towards emotional release, greater self-awareness, personal growth, and a deeper sense of peace and balance. What began as something deeply personal eventually inspired me to help others on their own journeys.

Today, I am passionate about creating a space where others can feel supported as they explore their own journeys. I offer RET sessions focused on stress relief, emotional clarity, self- empowerment, and creating healthier patterns. Sessions are available both in person and online, and I’m also pleased to offer sessions in English and Spanish.

One of my greatest joys is witnessing people reconnect with themselves, release patterns that may no longer serve them, and more forward with greater clarity, balance, and renewed purpose.

If you’re ready to explore meaningful change and move toward a more peaceful and centered version of yourself, I would love to connect with you and introduce you to this work.
