Spiritual Wellness is a personal journey that holds a unique meaning for each individual. Tapping into your heart and soul gives you true connection with yourself, your values, and what gives your life meaning it encourages self-acceptance, inner peace, and a deeper relationship with others and the world around you.
It is the spirits intention to know itself experientially and thus to know our Higher Power. For the spirit understands that you and your higher power are one.
In RET, spiritual wellness focuses on your connection to your inner self, personal beliefs, and sense of purpose. It invites you to explore patterns that may leave you feeling disconnected and nurture greater self- awareness, inner peace, and connection to what gives your life meaning. Spiritual wellness is personal and welcomes all beliefs.
Some of the tools I will assist you with is working with meridians, aligning the chakras. Words of positive affirmations and confirmation to help guide you through your own soul’s journey.
Emotional Wellbeing means recognizing your feelings and understanding how they shape your thoughts, reactions, and relationships. With the technics I use the emotional focus is on exploring feelings and patterns connected to the past experiences, with the intention of supporting greater self-awareness, and emotional balance expressing them in a healthy way and feeling more balanced and connected to yourself.
Emotion = a belief + a feeling- Then it becomes a reaction behavior connect to events.
Mind Wellness relates to your thoughts, beliefs, and how you interpret life’s experiences.
In RET the minds focus is on recognizing limiting beliefs and recuring thought patterns, with the intension of encouraging greater self- awareness, clarity, and a more supportive mind.
Our Physical Body Address us to pause and listen when things are off balanced. Especially when we have pain, aches, and illnesses. In RET the physical body focus is on awareness of the connection between your body, thoughts, and emotions, with the intention. You can focus attention on parts of the body that are expressing discomfort.
Simply by localizing your awareness on a source of pain, you can cause healing to begin, for the body naturally sends healing energy wherever attention is drawn.
